Fill out the contact form with the trademark you wish to obtain and the product you are selling or the service you are offering and submit.

You can also ask us any questions you may have about your business in Japan or any questions you may have about Intellectual property rights.

STEP2. Reply

We will reply to you and ask you a few questions in order to effectively protect your business. Please respond with as much relevant information as possible.
If you provided us with enough information we may skip this step and go to step 3.

STEP3. Free Trademark Search and Estimation

We will start the trademark search and then send you a estimation with the results of the search within the same day or two.

For trademarks with low registration potential, we propose consulting first.

This is because our mission is not simply “to file a trademark application and earn money” but “to protect our client’s brand and assets”.
We take pride in our professionalism and will never provide meaningless consulting or file a needless application.

STEP4. Trademark Application

We will file the application after confirming your payment.

STEP5. Registration or Response

If your application passes the examination of the Japanese Patent and Trademark Office, a registration decision will be issued. All that remains is to pay the registration fee!

However, there are cases where the registration is not granted immediately and you receive a Notice of Reason for Refusal. In this case, you can respond by submitting an opinion letter and/or an amendment, which will lead to the decision to grant registration.
